Terms of Service

What this is
JumpOff is an AI concierge for going out — it recommends places, helps you plan nights with friends, and splits bills. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You're 17 or older.
- The account is yours. Don't share login credentials.
- Don't impersonate anyone, harass other users, or use the app to organize anything illegal.
- We can suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
AI recommendations are recommendations
JumpOff's AI suggests events, restaurants, bars, and trips. We do our best to make those suggestions accurate and timely, but they're not guarantees. Check the venue's hours, availability, dietary information, and your own preferences before going. We're not responsible for closed restaurants, sold-out shows, or food allergies.
Bill splitting
JumpOff parses receipts using AI and suggests splits. Errors happen — always review before requesting payment from friends. We don't process payments directly; Venmo and other apps do that. We're not responsible for incorrect amounts that you send.
Content you share
Plans, comments, receipts, and other content you post are yours. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to display them to the people you share with and use them to improve the service. We won't show your content to anyone outside the audience you choose.
What we provide
The service is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime, data preservation in case of catastrophic failure, or compatibility with every device.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for most users, is $0). We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes
Governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes are resolved in Atlanta courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get notified via email + in-app before they take effect.
